Ordering
Orders can be placed through our Shop Green page at any time. Orders are normally processed & shipped same day Monday – Friday, when received before 2pm CST. Any orders received after 2pm, will be processed the next business day. Please remember all orders are based on availability and you will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 – 48 hours after submitting your order. Shipping
Orders are shipped direct to customers via UPS Ground or Preferred LTL carrier, depending on quantity. We can ship to all US States except (Alaska,Hawaii, Puerto Rico). Normal shipping times range from 2-5 business days depending on location, availability & weather. You do have the option to choose expedited shipping at time of checkout.
*Please remember all suppliers reuse boxes whenever possible
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is only applied to orders shipped to any location within the State of Tennessee. However, you are expected to comply with your own state’s tax laws concerning internet purchases. Purchases shipped to any location in the State of Tennessee will automatically have a 9.25% sales tax added at the time of order. You may email or fax in your tax exempt/resale certificate to have tax removed if in the State of Tennessee
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping non-damaged items back to supplier. If you receive a damaged item, you must file a Damaged Claim with iHospitality within 14 days from receipt of purchase. iHospitality will not exchange on damages that occur in transit or order discrepancies not reported within 14 business days of receipt. Customer assumes responsibility for completeness of order at time of receipt. Refusing any package at time of delivery will incur additional return shipping fees. All transit damage claims must be filed with the shipping company. ****Please note all Biomitra Palm Leaf Dinnerware sales are FINAL****
